No we are not listed on other istes. That does reduce the number of customers but we do not wish to pay excessive commssions and keep our prices as low as we can

Can you provide discounts?

We give discounts depending on how long you stay these are automatically applied. If you are staying for longer than 2 weeks let us know before booking so we can give you the lowest possible price.

Can I Find cheaper accommodation in Durham?

Yes you can, but you won't find better for the price you pay. We know our property is better equipped than the vast majority of holiday lets. We maintain the property to a very high standard with very good quality fixtures and fittings.

Are you Covid Secure?

Yes we thoroughly clean the property top to bottom after every guesrt. That is why we ask for a minimum 4 night stay as it take so long to clean everything. We rpelace bedding and towels after every guest.

Is the property Covid Safe

Both the owners are triple vaccinated. Everything is throughly cleaned and fogged between guests. All bedding and towels are changed between guests. This is why we ask for a minimum 4 night stay to keep our cleanng costs reasonable

What is included in my stay?

We include all bedding, towels,duvets and covers. We include some basic providions such as tea coffee, milk sugar and some food supplies for a basic meal in case you arrive late and don't want to go to the shops. ALl equipment you could think of is provided we also have Books DVD's games and some toys for younger children
